Charlotte McLeod, Founder and lead trainer
Charlotte is a former central government strategic communications advisor, and has worked in senior roles for the Prime Minister’s & Cabinet Office and Ministry of Defence. She has delivered nationwide communications campaigns, including the Department of Health’s Stop Smoking campaign and Swine Flu emergency response and has managed Royal and Prime Ministerial involvement in high-profile events, such as the 70th anniversaries of Victory in Europe Day and Victory over Japan Day.
For eight years alongside other Whitehall commitments, Charlotte delivered communications, leadership and crisis media training to the public and private sectors and she is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified trainer. This includes training UK ambassadors and their embassy staff in face-to-face communications and soft skills on behalf of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. She is a volunteer for the Camden charity, Caris.
